Becoming more human as a healing practice

After several years of formal education in psychology, as well as various learning and certification programs, countless ventures into various healing modalities, the place I have come to within myself is one of getting increasingly HUMAN.

For me this has meant acknowledging, embracing and honoring the beauty and complexity of my human challenges as well as my human strengths.

Healing has meant creating more space for my human experiences as well as recognizing where I have space to grow with kindness.

“In these times, this is some of the most needed work I can practice.”

I realize my work in the world is simply to create a “holding environment” that supports myself and others to be with themselves more fully, with less and less judgment and more kind curiosity and acceptance.

Together, let’s build a community that supports and nurtures us all.

I’m glad you are here.
